    RETURNS

    Returns are free, you have 14 days following the delivery of your order (the date on the order tracking page) to return your product on-line. 
    Returns are reimbursed within 14 working days.

    Abroad

    Returns are reimbursed up to 20 €, a copy of the shipping costs must be sent to serviceclient@ekyog.com with bank details.


    We do not offer exchanges. Items bought online cannot be returned in store.
