Our Robbie jacket is made of 64% Tencel® and 36% linen.
Tencel® is an ecological fiber created from wood pulp. This artificial ecological fiber is a substitute for viscose and is even more environmentally friendly with a virtuous circuit of recycling materials. Our Tencel® bears the Lenzing® label (name of the Austrian company that produces this material) which guarantees that the wood used comes from sustainable forests, certified FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) or PEFC (Pan European Forest Certification). Lenzing follows strict standards imposed by the EU Eco Label to ensure a low environmental impact throughout the production chain of this fiber.
Linen is a natural and ecological material because of its lower consumption of water and pesticides.
Our Tencel/Linen blend is a light, very resistant and breathable material.
