Our Mathis coat is made of 70% wool and 20% recycled polyester. Polyester is a synthetic chemical fiber derived from petroleum. Recycling polyester limits the unnecessary production of additional polyester, as well as the waste associated with this material which releases plastic micro-particles as it degrades.
It is labeled GRS® Global Recycled Standard which certifies the recycled content of a product (minimum 50% recycled fiber) and also verifies compliance with environmental and social criteria.

Mid-length coat with double button closure at the top. Coat fully lined in 100% recycled polyester. Its buttons are in recycled polyester.
